15-21 VW/Audi MK7 Intercooler Pipe Kit, Polished [MMICP-MK7-15KP]

Product information

Improve the flow of the charged air through your MK7 with the Mishimoto Intercooler Pipe Kit! The GTI has a long pedigreed history in the realm of hot-hatchbacks, especially when it comes to models powered with 4-cylinder turbo engines. The stock piping in Volkswagen?s star player, however, doesn?t quite live up to the hype. Full of bends, restrictive diameters, and constructed from degradation-prone materials, the stock charge pipes can be a hold-up for your MK7, especially when cranking up the boost. Here at Mishimoto, we improved on the intercooler piping system so that you can make your hot-hatch even hotter. We started with replacing all of the plastic and rubber with a more robust construction of mandrel-bent aluminum, and 5-layer, heat resistant silicone couplers to ensure a sturdy and long-lasting connection to and from the intercooler. We also reduced the amount of bends on top of increasing the piping diameter to 2.75 inches, together equating to a 30-percent increase in air flow, making these the perfect combination with an aftermarket tune. The Mishimoto MK7 Intercooler Pipe Kit is available in a polished or wrinkle black finish to suit the style of your MK7. We also stand behind the craftsmanship of our products which is why this piping kit also includes the Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty.Features & benefits Direct fit for the 2015-2021 Volkswagen MK7 Golf TSI/GTI/R 30-percent increase in flow over stock components 10-percent increase in average diameter over stock piping Increases reliability under high boost conditions Mandrel-bent aluminum piping Durable 5-layer silicone couplers Available in polished or wrinkle black finishes Mishimoto Lifetime Warranty 09-11 Ford Focus RS MK2 MT Performance Radiator - UK Only SKU [MMRAD-RSF-09] 2021+ BMW G8X M3/M4 Performance Intake, Carbon Fiber, Gloss [MMAI-G80-21CFG] Mishimoto Wheel Spacers, 5x112, 66.5, 20, M14, Black [MMWS-015-200BK] Mishimoto Wheel Spacers, 5x112, 66.5, 15, M14, Black [MMWS-015-150BK]
